We simulate diverse scenarios, catering to the needs of anglers at all skill levels, from beginners to professionals. Our tests take place in real-world environments, replicating the conditions that anglers in Japan face throughout the four seasons, including temperature, water depth, and weather.

For example, we developed the braider in-house to manufacture the WX method-produced PE lines. We achieved this by assembling the machine piece by piece.

YGK is advancing the automation of their factories to allow people focus on their tasks while machines do what they do best, e.g., introducing articulated (hexaxial) robots, automating the printing of labels in production lines, and using sensors for inspection.
